Payment of the service can be done in two ways
- At the end of the service in CASH (Euro): you will need to fill out the entire form and we will require your credit card details in order to hold the booking.
- In advance through CREDIT CARD (Visa – Mastercard – American Express):
You will receive a confirmation voucher via email after the form has been complete
Other methods of payments like PayPal are available upon express request
Cancellations, Charges and reimbursements
All cancellations must be communicated by email to [email protected] The date on which the email is sent and received (not when we read it) will determine the cancellation fees. Regardless of payment method these are our charges / reimbursements:
More than 7 days – no charge
From 7 days to 48 hours – 50% of the price
48 hours or “no show” – 100% of the price
We will not charge you or we will reimburse you if the service is cancelled due to force majeure, i.e. restrictions due to a pandemic, natural disasters, war or any other event beyond our control (e.g. if the ship does not dock or any serious delay).
Museum tickets may be included in the tour package and they are under no circumstances refundable. Ticket expenses will be charged from the credit card provided by the client.
Tickets are always subjected to availability.
Tickets this tour can only be purchased directly at the museums.
Air conditioning is standard. All cars are equipped with umbrellas and a first aid kit.
Infant and child seats can be requested without extra charge.
